As experts in event organisation, we’ve got the experience, contacts and tools to be able to offer event organisation to a wide range of businesses – including car manufacturers.
One corporate event we are particularly proud of creating was for a leading premium car manufacturer. They wanted to host a ‘thank-you’ event for their business team who organised the dealerships. Whilst discussing the brief, it was soon established that the team was very much accustomed to formal and mundane conferencing – therefore we needed to create an exciting and enticing event that really stood out from the rest. Working with a budget and a two-night timeframe we created an agenda that would host around twenty individuals. The event had to be based in the UK, so we took advantage of the beautiful settings of Cameron House by Loch Lomond. So, we transported the group to Scotland with an easy transfer from Glasgow Airport to the Hotel. The party enjoyed a relaxed and informal dinner before spending the following day participating in various team building activities, such as clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, fishing and archery. Later in the evening, the team had fun immersing themselves into the traditional local culture. The formal dinner was accompanied by professional dancers and a Scottish Ceilidh who helped to provide the entertainment for the evening too. For the following and final day, we took a trip to the local whisky distillery, before heading back to the airport. The event was very low-key but encouraged the team to partake in activities that they certainly wouldn’t have done before. Not only was it enjoyed by everyone, but it also created some fantastic memories and bonding experiences that the team certainly won’t forget.
