Conferences On The River Thames
One location we are particularly proud to have incorporated into a corporate events package is the River Thames. We organised a conference for car dealers and their finance managers who were in attendance. We picked a stunning hotel situated on the banks of the Thames. Its location was easily accessible from Heathrow and the motorway. The entrance of the hotel did not reveal how close to the Thames it was, so when attendees drove to the front and entered the meeting room, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. We then introduced our client to the audience and opened the black curtains to reveal the stunning river. The garden doors opened and we lead the 25-30 attendees onto a cruise-type boat. The formal presentation lasted around forty-five minutes which was followed by a short cruise down the Thames and a picnic lunch on the boat before a debrief. These types of events are highly engaging and encourage attendees to relax and enjoy the day as opposed to feeling negative towards it.
