How to motivate your employees

You believe in your company passionately. There’s a fire burning strong inside that motivates you to work harder each day and be successful. Unfortunately, your employees may not feel the same way as you do and therefore may not be as motivated.

In 2015 SHRM Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement survey proved that only 69% of all employees felt that they were consistently putting 100 percent into their work. The importance of employee communications is often overlooked. You should communicate with them frequently, and speak with them face to face instead of over email. Your employees need to know they are a valued member of the team and communicating in person is the best way to show your appreciation for their hard work.

2.Lead by example.

You need to lead by example so your employees can look up to you. You can’t expect your employees to work hard if you don’t.  If you show your dedicated and motivation towards the company goals, your employees will get on board and work to achieve those goals.

3.Provide incentives.

Incentives are always motivation boosters. They don’t even need to expensive however they will show your appreciation.
